ChaCha.com, a unique search engine that provides search result to users using human intelligence. When a user searches information in ChaCha.com, he or she will be connected to a knowledgeable human guide who will find the information for the user through an instant messaging-style search session. As a result the user will get more relevant result.

I just saw a thread posted by a ChaCha.com's guide in Moneymakergroup.com stating that ChaCha is still hiring new guide. The pay rate will depends on your rating and your overall Guide Level. At a minimum, you will be paid $5 per hour for active search time (when you are assisting with a User). The basic requirements for this online job are:

- Be 18
- Live in the US
- Have high speed internet
